Nerubian Assassin is back in competitive games now that he is available in Captain's Mode. However, most of you would still find it confusing to use this hero because of its new skill, Scarab. I was about to give a guide on this hero but this video already explained it clearly:

I don't wanna know how much time this guide spend on making the guide. The best guide I've seen.
pare may irerequest sana akong guide para isulat mo eh. sana magawa mo. ang request ko ay nasa request kong pamagat ng guide na sana isulat mo: "When to pick and when not to pick this hero in -cms"
nglalaro ako plgi sa cms pero ignorante prin ako kung kelan ggmitin si silencer, meepo, atbp.
